Applications for the 2018-2019 URS program open on 1 June 2018 and close on 17 September 2018 at noon.
Eligible students are invited to apply for the Undergraduate Research Scholars (URS) program each year between June and September. The application consists of two parts
- Online Form
- Proposal, research compliance questionnaire, and timeline through the Scholars Thesis Submittal System (STSS)
After completing both parts of the application, faculty advisors must approve the project through the STSS. LAUNCH: UGR staff will then review applications and send final acceptance notifications on a rolling basis through the first week of October.
TEAM APPLICATIONS: ALL team members must individually complete both part 1 and part 2 of the URS Application. We recommend that all team members submit both parts at the same time in a single sitting! Additionally, faculty advisors will have to individually approve each team member's application.
