LAUNCH: Undergraduate Research organizes the Summer Undergraduate Research Poster Session to showcase research, scholarly, and creative activity conducted at Texas A&M University by students from institutions worldwide.

August 2, 2023

Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Building (ILSB) Lobby

Morning Session: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM CT

Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM CT

Free and open to the public.

Final session topics and assignments will be announced in late-July 2023.

General Information

Who can participate?
- Any undergraduate doing summer research at Texas A&M
- Individual and team presentations
  - TEAMS: Each presenter must register individually. More information is our FAQs.
Registration with an abstract
- Max 250 words
- Will be publicly available
Poster
- Max poster size is 48” wide x 48” tall
- Do not mount posters
Presentation
- 2 hour timeslot
- Check in 15 minutes before session
