The Explorations Board is a learning community that works year-round to meet the journal's annual publication schedule, developing skills in areas such as:
- Leadership
- Public speaking
- Critical thinking
- Time management
- Virtual collaboration
- Editing
- Marketing
- Publishing
- Graphic design
Applications for new Board members are accepted in August to October each year. Board members are eligible for leadership positions after one year of service.
